Adding Organisation Priorities and Objectives in People Development

Adding Organisation Objectives allows staff to align their own records to the wider priorities of your organisation. This allows individual to see where they are adding value, and gives real clarity over the efforts being made by all members of the school community to bring about improvement.

To add your Organisation Objectives you will first add the overarching priorities before adding the objectives for each priority.

1. Adding a new Organisation Priority

  • Click into Admin from the top navigation bar.

     

  • Select Organisation objectives from the left hand navigation.

     

  • Click on the New Organisation Priority button from the top right of your screen.

     

  • Add the name of your new priority and click Save.

  • The priority will appear within the Organisation Priorities list

 

2. Add the Objectives to the Priority

  • Click on the name of the priority.

  •  

    Click on the New Organisation Objective button from the top right of your screen.

     

  • Add the new objective to the box.

     

  • If this objectives applies to all staff leave the Groups unticked. If this objective only applies to a particular group(s), tick to select those it applies to.

     

  • Click Save.

     

  • Repeat the steps above until you have added all the objectives relevant to this priority.
