Archiving Organisation Priorities and Organisation Objectives

When you wish to update your school development priorities and objectives you will need to archive anything that is no longer applicable.

Once Organisation Objectives have been archived:

• They will no longer be visible for users to link their records to.

• You are still able to report on archived objectives.
• Links to individual profiles will not be affected.

To archive your Organisation Objectives:

• Click on Admin in the top navigation.

• Select Organisation Objectives from the left hand navigation.

• Find and click on the name of the Organisation Priority to view the corresponding Organisation Objectives.

• Untick the box under the 'Active' column to archive any objectives that are no longer applicable.

• If you need to archive all objectives you can use the Archive all Organisation Objectives button from the top right.

• The objectives you have archived will be visible under the Archived Organisation Objectives tab.

  • From the Archived Objectives tab you can tick the Active box to the right of any objective to return it to active status if you need to. 

  • Once all Organisation Objectives under a priority have been archived, you are then able to archive the Organisation Priority.
    

To archive your Organisation Priorities:

• Once all of the corresponding Organisation Objectives have been archived, a tick will appear in the box under the Active column to the right of the Organisation Priority.
• The Organisation Priority can then be archived by unticking the box.
• You can view archived Organisation Priorities by clicking on the Archived Priorities tab.
• Ticking the box under the Active column will restore the archived priorities if required.
