Bulk assigning Standards in People Development

Standards are national or bespoke frameworks that your staff can self reflect against in order to identify areas of strength and development needs. 

As an Admin you can bulk assign the Standards that users self reflect against

 

  1. Click into your Admin area 
  2. Select Reviews from the left-hand navigation 
  3. Click Bulk Assign Standards 
  4. Select the relevant standard that the staff will reflect against from the drop down:
    1. National or Bespoke Standards - each user can have up to one national standard and one bespoke standard assigned to them simultaneously
    2. Relevant Standards – select job role eg Teacher
    3. Working Towards – select the target standard
    4. Level - select the specific standard to be assigned
  5. Select the individuals or Groups that you wish to assign the standard to
  6. Click Assign Standards button 

 

ℹ️ If an Admin assigns a standard it will override any standard that the individual has assigned themselves in their profile. You can use the Totals report to identify who has assigned themselves standards if required.
