Can an individual user retain access to their People Development data if the school's subscription is cancelled? 

Yes. Individual users can retain access to their People Development data by contacting our Support team and requesting that their account is transferred to an individual user license.

If a school administrator would like to arrange this for multiple users, they should contact Support and provide the names of the users who wish to be transferred to individual user licenses.

 

⚠️If your school requires any People Development reports, these must be generated and exported before the school's subscription expires and before users are transferred to individual user licenses, as this data will no longer be available through the school's account afterwards.
