I've completed a course but it shows as outstanding in my Task List.

Start by checking that all content within the Learning Plan is complete:

  • If there is incomplete content within the Learning Plan, the Learning Task within your Task List will still show as incomplete as it refers to all content.



Next check that the version you completed is the up to date version:

  • If all content is complete, the completion issue may be due to an old version of the course remaining in your Learning Plan.

  • To resolve this please ask your School Manager or Admin to remove the old version of the course. Once this older version is removed, you will show as 100% complete.
