Working with CPD content in Accreditation Tracker

When you click on a framework within Accreditation Tracker, you'll see a list of requirements for the framework you selected. These requirements are mapped resources that evidence compliance against the framework

  • There are 3 content types included within these requirements:
    CPD, Policies and Templates

  • This guide looks at how you can work with CPD content.


 

Any CPD within Accreditation Tracker will have 'Course' or 'Webinar' within the Type column. 

When you click on the 3 dots at the end of a corresponding row you will see 3 options:

  1. View Content
  2. View Users
  3. Add to Learning Plan

 

1. View Content

Clicking on this option opens the full CPD content page allowing you to view the details of the webinar or course.

 

2. View Users

Clicking on this option opens a modal displaying all staff members who have completed the course.

 

3. Add to Learning Plan

  • Clicking on this option opens the Add to Learning Plan modal. This is the same view you will see when creating any Learning Plan.

  • From here you can:

    • Select Learning Plan
    • Assign the content for completion
