Creating a Review Meeting record (individual-led)
Individual-led reviews and meetings
- Navigate to your Home area
- Select Review Meetings* from the left-hand navigation menu
- Select Create Meeting in the top right corner
- Select the line manager that you would like to respond from the dropdown list
- Check the visibility settings. Toggle this if required.
- Select the template
- Select Create
- Select the meeting type from the drop down
- Enter your Title
- Select the Academic Year the statement is for.
- If applicable, you can review and select the relevant objectives.
- Select Show Details to reveal these and tick against all that apply.
- To view objectives in more detail select View next to the objective to open in a new tab.
- Complete the remaining fields
- At this stage, you can click on Save and you will be able to return to it at a later time. This may be required if you need to reflect on the meeting or carry out further action before marking as complete.
- Once the statement is finalised and wish to share it, mark the checkbox Mark this review meeting as complete and then click Save
⚠️ If you navigate away without clicking 'save' you will lose any progress.
* Terminology is customisable. Review Meetings may be Meetings, Appraisal, Overview Statements or similar in your account
