Individuals: Creating a Self-Led Quality Assurance Record

You may wish to create a quality assurance record on your own practice. This is particularly useful if you are working with a colleague such as a mentor or a coach.

Completing a self-led quality assurance record is the same as standard Quality Assurance record, including choosing its visibility and being able to include an additional observer.

  • Choose Quality Assurance from the left-hand menu
  • Then select the Self Quality Assurance Records tab
  • You'll notice this changes the index view and the creation button, select Create Self Quality Assurance in the top right corner
  • Then choose from the list of templates created by your organisation, and if applicable templates created by the Partnership
  • Submission of the record locks the record from editing or deletion but can be saved as a draft to return to at a later date

ℹ️ Visible observations will appear in admin reports even when they are not submitted, and additional observers will be able to view the record prior to submission.
