Deleting a Learning Task from the Task List - School Managers

 

Since learning tasks are added automatically to the Task List it is not possible to delete these directly from the Task List.

To delete a Learning Task you must delete content from the Learning Plan itself: 

  • Ensure you’re signed in to your School Manager account 
  • Click on 'Admin' from the top navigation 
  • Select 'Professional Development' and then 'Manage Learning Plans' from the left hand navigation 
  • Locate the Learning Plan you wish to delete 

To delete individual courses from the Learning Plan: 
    • Click on the 3 dots at the end of row and select 'Edit’ 
    • Click on ‘Content’ at the top of the learning plan to switch the view to content view 
    • Click the bin icon on the corresponding row of any courses you wish to remove from the Learning Plan 
    • Click Publish. The changes will be applied to the Learning Plan itself and will be reflected in the Task List. 

OR

To delete the entire Learning Plan: 

    • Click on the 3 dots at the end of the row 
    • Select ‘Delete’ 
    • You will be asked to confirm this action. 
    • Once confirmed the Learning Plan and all associated tasks will be deleted from the Task List.
