Deleting Organisation Priorities and Organisation Objectives

You are not able to delete any Organisation Objective that is already linked to individual portfolios. In this instance you will need to archive the objective which prevents any other users from linking to it in future. 

To delete an Organisation Objective:

• Click on Admin from the top navigation

• Select Organisation Objectives from the left hand navigation
• Click into the Organisation Priority that the Organisation Objective falls below
• You will be able to view how many records are linked to the Organisation Objective by looking under the User Objectives column.
• If the User Objectives column displays a 0, you will be able to use the Delete link to the right of the Organisation Objective to delete it. 
  ^{(If a number greater than 0 is displayed you will not be able to delete, but instead you should archive the objective)}
• You will be asked to confirm your choice to delete.
• If you click Yes, a green confirmation banner will show to confirm that the Organisation Objective has been deleted.

To delete an Organisation Priority:

• Before deleting an Organisation Priority, ALL corresponding Organisation Objectives must have been deleted first, using the steps above. 
• Once the objectives have been deleted, you will be able to use the Delete link to the right of the Organisation Priority.
• You will be asked to confirm your choice to delete.
• If you click Yes, a green confirmation banner will show to confirm that the Organisation Priority has been deleted.
