How can an Admin restore an Objective that a user has deleted?
Admins who have access to the Restore Zone are able to find and restore records that users may have deleted accidently:
- Click into your Admin area in your People Development account
- Scroll to the bottom of the left hand navigation bar
- If you have the correct Admin access, you'll see the Restore Zone
- Adjust the filters to help you find the record
- Click on the Restore option
- The user will now be able to see the record in their portfolio
If you don't have access to the Restore Zone, your Primary User within your organisation will be able to set this up for you.
