How can I delete a Learning Plan?

Deleting a Learning Plan means users will no longer be able to see it under the 'My Learning Plans' section in their left hand navigation.

  • Any content a user has started or completed from the Learning Plan will still be visible from their Learning Record within their profile.

  • A user can continue with any incomplete content from the Learning Plan via their Learning Record if they wish.

To delete a Learning Plan:

  • Click on Admin in the top navigation

  • Click on Professional Development in the left hand navigation

  • Select Manage Learning Plans

  • Locate the Learning Plan you wish to delete

  • Click on the 3 dots at the end of the row

  • Select Delete

  • Once you confirm the action the Learning Plan will be deleted



ℹ️ You cannot report on deleted Learning Plans. If you need to do this at a later date it is best to unpublish the Learning Plan, rather than delete it.
