How can I unpublish a Learning Plan?

Unpublishing a Learning Plan means it will no longer be visible to the assigned users, however the content that users have started or completed will remain in their Learning Record.

To unpublish a Learning Plan:

• Click on Admin in the top navigation

• Click on Professional Development in the left hand navigation

• Select Manage Learning Plans

• Locate the Learning Plan using the search bar or filters if required

• Click on the 3 dots at the end of the row 

• Select Edit

• Scroll down and click Save Draft

• The Learning Plan will be unpublished.
