If you do not know whether you have an account /or you do not know your log in details, you can check if this exists by checking your email address:
- Go to our website and click 'Log In' in the top right-hand corner.
- Enter your email address.
- If the system recognises your account, you can enter your password.
- If the system does not recognise your account, you will see a message which says 'Email address not recognised create an account’ as shown below
If you do not have an account and your school has an active membership with us, please contact your school manager for your school’s unique self-enrolment link or ask them to add you as a user.
