How do I edit or delete a Quality Assurance / Observation Record?
If you have created an Observation / Quality Assurance record, you can edit or delete it whilst it is in draft.
To edit or delete a record you have made:
- Click into 'Observations' in the left hand navigation
- Under the 'Observations by you' tab, find the record you wish to edit or delete
- Click on the link in the Focus column
- Click on 'Edit' or 'Delete' under the Actions heading to the right of the screen
Once you have ticked on 'Submit' you will no longer be able to to edit or delete the record.
