How do I generate reports on Policy Manager?

Reports allow you to easily track the status of all of your policies. You can choose to report on all of your policies at the same time, or you can select individual policies to report on


 

Navigating to Policy Manager

  • Navigate to Admin > Compliance Management > Policy Manager
  • If you are a School Group Manager, ensure 'Group Admin' is selected from the School Selector to work at Group Level.
  • From here you will see some dials giving you oversight of policy progress:

Reporting on all policies

  • Select 'Export Report' to download all policy data to CSV via email

  • This report will allow you to view the following for all of your policies:

 

 

 

 


 

The Progress Report

  • Click on 'Policy Progress Report' form the left hand navigation



This allows you to view progress across policy either by individual staff member, or by policy.
  • Use the switch to toggle between to change between user and policy view
  • Click 'Export Report' to download a CSV report
  • Send reminders to those who have outstanding policies to read using the Bulk reminder button


 


Reporting on individual policies

To view individual policies in more detail:
  • Click on Policy Manager form the left hand navigation
  • Locate the policy from the Policy List
  • Click on the 3 dots under the 'Actions' column, and select 'Export report'

  • The report will be emailed to you as a spreadsheet. Expand the columns to view the detail in full. 
  • This report gives the full status of the policy, including the names of the approval and reading teams is applicable, and the status of their progress.
