How do I use the Policy Manager dashboard?
- Once logged in Click on ‘Admin’ shown on the landing page at the top to the left of your profile icon.
- To the left of the page, select ‘Compliance Management' then select 'Policy Manager'
- The dials show an overview of the current status of your policies:


You will find all of your policies in the Policy List:
- Export report - Understand the progress of your policies by generating reports via the progress report option in the left hand navigation The export will reflect the current view with any filters you may have applied
- Hide unused policies - Allows you to hide statutory policy placeholders that aren't relevant to your setting
- Policy types and status link - Gives a quick reference guide on the type and status of your policies
- Search bar - Search for your policies by name
- Filters - Filter your policies by status, policy type and website requirements
- Column sort arrows - Click on the arrows to sort your policies
- Actions column - Click on the 3 dots to expand the Action options for each of your policies
You can view the Progress Report via the left hand navigation:

You can view by user or by policy by using the switch towards the top right of your screen
- Use the Bulk send reminder button to send a reminder email to those with outstanding policies to read
