How do you know when you need to retake a course that has recurrence set?

  • When you click into the content, if recurrence is set the sidebar will display a 'Last completed' and a 'Frequency' field. If these are not displayed there is no recurrence set.

  • A task will automatically be added to your Task List 30 days before the recurrence deadline.
  • The status of the Learning Plan that the course is in will change from 'Complete' to 'At Risk' 30 days before the recurrence deadline. This will be displayed on the Learning Plan Card within your 'My Learning Plans' area.
  • The course that requires retaking will display the status 'In Renewal' 30 days before the recurrence deadline.
  • If you have not retaken the course by the recurrence deadline the status on the course will change from 'In Renewal' to 'Overdue' and the status shown on the Learning Plan card will change from 'At Risk' to 'Overdue'.
