How to assign a Content Task to other users - School Managers
If you have a Compliance Management subscription you are able to add templates, guidance and policies as Tasks:
- Log in to your School Manager Account
- Click on 'Admin' in the top navigation
- Find the content you wish to add within the library. This content must be a template, guidance piece or a policy.
- Hover over the thumbnail and click on ‘Add to Task List’.
- Add a task description, deadline and additional comments.
- Click on 'Assign to Users Task List'
- Multi select all users and user groups that you wish to assign the task to. Your selected names will turn blue.
- Click 'Add to Task List'
- The Task will appear in the Task List of the selected users immediately.
At this time, Lesson Plans (found under templates in the library) will be added as Custom Tasks rather than Content Tasks.
