Individuals: How to complete your objectives at the end of the appraisal cycle
In this guide we will cover:
- How to complete your objectives
- How to set the extent of completion and add an impact statement
ℹ️ If you have made changes to the objective and approval from your line manager/appraiser has dropped off, you are still able to complete the objective
- Select Objectives from the left-hand menu
- It will by default show you any incomplete objectives for the current academic year
- Click on the title of the objective you wish to complete
- If required, at this time you can add any additional notes or attach any further evidence
- To complete your objective, select Complete on the right hand side
- Indicate the extent to which you believe you have achieved your objective by selecting from the drop-down
- Write an impact statement to explain why you have either Achieved, Partially Achieved or Not Achieved your objective
- Select Save and repeat the process for any other objectives
- Managers can now Validate this objective's achieved status
⚠️Once you have completed an objective you are unable to amend the achievement status or impact statement.
It is still possible to add evidence if you wish to.
