- Once logged in, you’ll see your initials in the top right-hand corner of the website. Hover over this icon to see your profile options.
- Click on ‘My Learning Record’.
- All your completed content will now be displayed.
- You will then see at the end of each completed course three vertical dots, click these you will now have the option of 'Download Certificate' select to download to your specific piece of content.
- If you have not yet left a review on your cpd, you will be taken to
- All your completed content will display. Click on the 'Actions' button and then 'Download Certificate' to download your certificate for a specific piece of content.
- If you have not yet left a review on your cpd, you will be taken to complete a review - the top 2 questions are mandatory. Once you have completed the review, you will be able to download your certificate
- You can also download all certificates in bulk by clicking ‘Download All Certificates’ above your learning record table
- You can also click on 'Export' above the table to download your record in a spreadsheet format
Alternatively, your school manager can download your certificates for you at any time from their account.
