How to duplicate a Quality Assurance Template
Once you've created a quality assurance form template, you can easily duplicate it and make any changes necessary.
In this guide we use the terminology 'Quality Assurance' but your setting may use 'Observations', 'Learning Walks' or similar.

Click into your 'Admin' area
- Select 'Quality Assurance' from the left hand navigation
- Select 'Quality Assurance Forms'
- Find the form you wish to duplicate
- Click on 'Duplicate'
- You can preview the form by clicking on 'View'
- To change the name of the form click on 'Edit' and update the name field. Click Save.
- Click on the name of the form to view, edit and add custom sections.
- Once you have made the necessary changes to the duplicate, click on the box in the 'publish' column for it to become visible for users.
Unpublish any forms you are no longer using by unticking 'Publish' in the column to the right. You can archive any forms you no longer wish to use. These will be moved to under the 'Archived forms' tab.
