How To Log In
- Click on ‘Login’ in the top right-hand corner of our homepage.
- Enter your email address and click continue.
- Enter your password.
- Click ‘Log In’
- You will be able to see that you are successfully logged in as your initials or profile picture will now be in the top right-hand corner.
- Hover over your initials or profile picture in the top right where you will see My profile, My Learning Plan, Helpdesk, and where you can log out.
If there is no account under your email address:
If you do not have an account under your email address, you will be guided to create a new one. Simply enter your details and click on ‘Create Account.’
If your school is a member, your school manager can create your account or provide you with a unique self-enrolment link specific to your school for account creation.
If you have forgotten your password: To reset your password, simply click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ link below the ‘Log In’ button on the Log in Page. Enter your email address, then click ‘Send Password Reset link.’ You will receive the password reset instructions via email (remember to check your junk mail folder if you do not see it). If you encounter any issues receiving the email, please contact your school manager. They can assist you by resetting your password at any time through their school manager account by updating your profile.
