How to restore a user to People Development
You can easily restore a user who has previously been removed from your organisation. You can choose whether or not you wish to reinstate their data at the same time.
- Click into your 'Admin' area
- Select 'Users and groups' from the left hand navigation
- Select 'Manage users' from the top right of your screen
- Click on 'Add User' to the right of your screen Please note this is not Create New User
- Add their email address
- If you wish to reinstate the user data tick the box
- Clicking on 'Add User' will send the user an email invitation. The user will need to accept the invitation to be added to the organisation.
