How to restore a user to People Development

You can easily restore a user who has previously been removed from your organisation. You can choose whether or not you wish to reinstate their data at the same time.

 



  1. Click into your 'Admin' area
  2. Select 'Users and groups' from the left hand navigation 
  3. Select 'Manage users' from the top right of your screen 
  4. Click on 'Add User' to the right of your screen Please note this is not Create New User
  5. Add their email address  
  6. If you wish to reinstate the user data tick the box 
  7. Clicking on 'Add User' will send the user an email invitation. The user will need to accept the invitation to be added to the organisation.
