I added a policy and assigned a Reading Team. Why can all staff see it on their To Do page?
By default, policies will be available for everyone to see.
If you choose a Reading Team, these individuals have to confirm that they have read the policy.
If you wish to limit the visibility of the policy and prevent all staff members from being able to read this, you can choose to tick the 'Limit Visibility' box
