The chat icon 
should appear in the bottom right hand corner of your screen . The chat function relies on cookies being enabled. If you are unable to see the icon, it may be that your cookies are disabled.
To enable the chat feature:
- Click on the icon to the right of the URL
- Select 'Cookies and site data'
- Depending on your browser you will see an option to view and manage cookies
- Use this option to delete (not block) any cookies listed
- Refresh your browser
- When prompted, choose the option to accept cookies
- The chat icon should appear in the bottom right hand corner
