If you try to bulk upload external CPD multiple times, it will create duplicates of the records you've uploaded. If you're receiving an error on your external cpd bulk upload:
- Please make sure that all email addresses you are including in the file are the email addresses of users who exist on the system. If your csv file includes an email address of a user who does not have an account, records will only upload up until that user, and will duplicate if you try to upload them again.
Any duplicated records can be deleted from the individual users account. This can be done by clicking into your ‘To Do’ next to your profile icon and scrolling down where you will have the option to be deleted using the bin icon.
