Is there a time limit to complete a course?

Whilst there is no time limit to complete your course or webinar, we do review content regularly and update them in line with any statutory guidance to ensure you are always compliant. 

  • Content that makes reference to statutory guidance, for example safeguarding, will be updated as soon as this guidance is updated.

  • Other content will be updated as and when required. Whilst you will not lose access to courses when they are updated, you may lose your progress if they are not fully completed before the updated version is released. 

  • We keep customers updated with re-releases via our newsletters and on-screen prompts.



If you purchased a course as a Pay As You Go user:

  • When courses are updated you will be re-directed to the new course. You will not lose access to the course.

  • You may lose your progress through the course if it is incomplete when the updated course is released.
