I've not received a Two Factor Authentication (2FA) code

If you've requested a Two Factor Authentication (2FA) code and it has not arrived try the following:

• Check your junk / spam folder.
• Confirm that the email address entered is correct.
• Wait a few minutes and use the 'Resend a code' link:
