My policy is not downloading

The Policy you wish to view is not downloading.  This could be for a few reasons:

  • It may be because the policy has not yet been fully approved. 
  • Once the allocated approval team have confirmed the policy is acceptable for reading, then the download button will be visible, and you will have received an email to inform you.
  • The Policy has been deactivated.  
  • The policy may have been deactivated, as this is currently being updated by a compliance manager with a new policy.
