Why is my policy is not downloading?
This could be for a couple of reasons:
1. It may be because the policy has not yet been fully approved.- Once the allocated approval team have confirmed the policy is acceptable for reading, then the download button will be visible, and you will have received an email to inform you.
2. The Policy has been deactivated.
- The policy may have been deactivated, as this is currently being updated by a compliance manager with a new policy.
