Notifications

Notifications via emails linked to user’s task list. A simple and easy way for all our users to be notified of any task list changes or upcoming events. There are potentially three emails that will be sent to the relevant users. These are as follows.

  • Task Assigned notification email – This email will be sent immediately to all users that have just had a task assigned to them by a School Manager/School Group Manager.

  • Deadline Reminder email – This email is sent to any user who has an outstanding task that is approaching its deadline. These emails are automatically sent at 7am two days before the task deadline.

  • Task Completed confirmation email – These are sent immediately to School Managers/School Group Managers when a task has been completed by an employee were a task was assigned to them.
