Working with Policies and Templates in Accreditation Tracker
When you click on a framework within Accreditation Tracker, you'll see a list of requirements for the framework you selected. These requirements are mapped resources that evidence compliance against the framework
-
There are 3 content types included within these requirements:
CPD, Policies and Templates. -
This guide looks at how you can work with Policies and Templates.
Accreditation tracker will list the required policies and templates that must be complete in order to be compliance against the selected framework.
The options you see when you click on the 3 dots at the end of a corresponding row will vary depending on the content and its status:
1. Policies that have been created:
- View in Policy Manager: Opens the Policy Manager overview for that policy.
- View Users: Opens a modal listing staff who have read the policy (downloads do not count).
2. Policies that have not been created:
- Create in Policy Manager: Opens the 'Create Policy' page.
- View Users: This option shows but is disabled until the policy has been completed.
- Once the policy has been created, the options under the 3 dots will change automatically to those shown in section 1 above.
3. Templates:
-
View Template: Opens the template content page.
- Add Template to Task List: Opens modal to add a task to Task List. This does not affect read / completion count.
