Running Reports: The Quality Assurance Records Report
The Quality Assurance Records report is a highly detailed report focussing on a selected observation template.
It allows you to see the quality assurance that is taking place across your organisation, the strengths and areas for development across your staff as identified from this quality assurance, and how this quality assurance links to your organisation objectives.
ℹ️ Whilst referred to Quality Assurance in this guide, your organisation may use alternative terminology such as Monitoring or Observations.
- Click into your Admin area
- Select Reports from the left hand navigation
- Under the Quality Assurance area select the Quality Assurance Records Report. This may also be called the Observations Report
- Select the template you wish to report on
- Next select the date. 💡A custom date range may be useful if you wish to return results from a particular period
- Now select the staff you wish to include in the report results. This can be individuals, groups or levels of staff, or all staff
- Return information form a particular section of the quality assurance form. The Other Filters allow you to refine the report even further if you wish:

- Adjust each of the drop downs in this section to refine the report according to your needs
- To return records that are only linked to organisation or group objectives, click on Show details and View all to tick against the objectives you are interested in aligning the report to. Leave this set as default if you wish to return all results.
