Running Reports: The Quality Assurance Totals Report

This report provides numerical data such as number of quality assurance records completed by individuals or for individuals, the number of submitted records and the number of records still in draft.

This information may be useful when moderating your processes around quality assurance in your setting. 

ℹ️ Whilst referred to Quality Assurance in this guide, your organisation may use alternative terminology such as Monitoring or Observations. 



  • Click into your Admin area.
  • Selecting Reports from the left hand navigation.
  • From under the Quality Assurance area, select the Totals Report.
  • Select a date range, either an academic year or a custom date range.
  • You can then select the individuals or a group of staff whose records you would like to see. 
  • You can choose to use the drop downs to restrict the report by template or by self evaluations if you wish.
  • Click Submit to open the report in a new tab, or alternatively choose to export to CSV.  
  • When viewing the report:
    • The first 3 columns relate to records that the named user has created on someone else and whether they are in draft or have been submitted. 
    • The last 3 columns relate to how many records have been completed for the named user and whether they are in draft or have been submitted.
