Resetting a password for a staff member

To reset a password for your users:

    • Log into your school manager account.
    • Click on ‘Admin’ shown on the landing page at the top to the left of your profile icon.
    • To the left of this page shown click on ‘Manage Users’
    • Click on ‘Manage Users’ in the drop-down menu.
    • Click on ‘Manage Users’ again.

    • You will see a full list of users.

    • Locate the user either by searching by name in the search bar or you can filter by their job role or even current access level to the platform.

    • On their profile page, you can create a new password for them.

    • Do not forget to press Submit.

    • Additionally, you have the option to send a password reset email to the user by accessing the 'User Report', locating the specific user, selecting 'Actions', and then choosing 'Send Password Reset'.
