Resetting a password for a staff member

To reset a password for your users:

    • Log into your school manager account.
    • Click on ‘Admin’ shown on the landing page at the top to the left of your profile icon.
    • To the left of this page shown click on ‘Manage Users’
    • Then select ‘User report’ in the drop-down menu.
    • Locate the user in need of a password rest, you can do this by using the search bar shown.
    • Once user has been found, click the three vertical dots at the end of the user detail and the option 'Send Password Rest' will be shown.
    • Once this has been selected the user will get an email link and from this link, they will now be able to rest their profile password.
