How do I reset a password for a staff member?
To reset a password for your users:
- 
- Log into your school manager account.
 - Click on ‘Admin’ shown on the landing page at the top to the left of your profile icon.
 - To the left of this page shown click on ‘Manage Users’
 - Then select ‘User report’ in the drop-down menu.
 - Locate the user in need of a password reset, you can do this by using the search bar shown.
 - Once user has been found, click the three vertical dots at the end of the user detail and the option 'Send Password Reset' will be shown.
 - Once this has been selected the user will get an email link and from this link, they will now be able to rest their profile password.
