Running Reports: The Meetings Report
This report allows you to see what review meetings have taken place and their status.
If the template allows the Review Meeting to be linked to objectives you can also view the status of these these along with associated comments.
- Click into Admin
- Select Reports from the left hand navigation
- Under the Objectives area, click on Meetings Report*
- Select the template you wish to report on
- Select the date range. 💡A custom range is particularly useful if you want to view the meetings carried out within a window, for example a mid or end of year review window.
- Select the staff you wish to report on. This could be individual staff, groups or levels of staff, or all staff.
- The Other Filters allow you to refine your results further. Simply choose the options relevant to your needs from the drop down, or alternatively leave them as set.
- By default the results will appear in a single table but you have the option to group results by individual user, or by line manager if you wish.
- Lastly, adjust the report fields. Leaving these all selected will result in a very large report with many fields. We would suggest deselecting all fields before only ticking against those you wish to appear in your report.
- Click Submit to open in a new tab, or export to CSV if you wish open in a spreadsheet.
