The subscription I am trying to access is saying its locked

This is usually due to the school that you are based in, currently doesn't have the subscription your trying to access. 

This can be due to a number of reasons. 

• You may have signed up to a similarly named non membership school (pay as you go) on account creation
• The subscription may have been cancelled 
• The subscription may have never been purchased

If you are in the wrong school, please contact our support team and we will be able to set you up at the right school.
