How to view a user's professional development Learning Record as an Admin
An Admin user can access a user’s learning record to view what CPD the user has completed, what CPD is in progress, and download any certificates.

Click on Admin from the top navigation.

Under the Manage Users heading, select Manage users.

Locate the user – you can use the search bar and filters to help you.

Click on the 3 dots at the right hand end of the row and select Edit.

Scroll to the bottom of the page to view the users Learning Record.

From the top of the record you can choose to export the record to CSV.

You can also add an external CPD record for this user by completing the form fields and uploading any relevant resources or certificate.

Click on the button at the top of the record to download all certificates for all CPD that the user has completed.

To download a certificate for individual courses, click on the 3 dots of any CPD record showing as complete and select download certificate.
