Where do I find Standards to reflect against?

Before staff can self reflect against Standards, the correct standards or frameworks must be added to their profiles.

If these have been added to their profiles already:

• Staff simply go to the Standards feature (this may be labelled as 'Reviews' depending on the terminology your school have selected)
• Click on the standards they are reflecting against.

If these standards have not yet been added to their profile:

• Standards can be added by the staff member themselves 
• Click on their profile icon
• Click on Edit Profile
• Use the drop downs to add the standards or frameworks relevant to their role.
