Which report should I use

If you have a school manager account, you'll be able to find several usage reports by clicking Admin located nest to your profile icon > then looking under 'Reports'

User Report: Your User Report can be used to view individual total staff progress. You'll be able to see:

  • Four dials at the top of the page showing you how many users you have on the hub, how many have logged in and how many have completed courses so far.
  • A list of your users showing you details such as their last log in, how many courses they've started and how many they've completed.
  • You can click on Actions > View User Profile to view their full CPD record.
  • Click 'Export Course Progress' under the dials to export a full list of all courses your staff have completed so far.

 

CPD Dashboard: Your CPD Dashboard can be used to view specific reports on your Learning Plan. The dashboard will show you a brief overview of the current overall progress through your Learning Plan, and clicking 'report' will show you more information on each Learning Plan. You'll be able to see:

  • The name, deadline given, Academic year about the Learning Plan in the top left-hand corner.
  • Three dials in the top right corner showing you the total progress of all your staff through that Learning Plan so far. You'll be able to see the percentage of courses that have been completed, are in progress and have not been started yet overall.
  • A full list of all the users who have been assigned that Learning Plan, and their current progress through each course. You'll see a red cross if they have not yet started, a green tick if they have completed, or a yellow arrow icon if they're currently in progress. You'll also be able to see a roundup of their status with an out of score determined out of how many courses are assigned. You will also see a bell icon next to the username, which you can click on to send the user a reminder to complete their Learning Plan.
  • An option to 'Export Progress' in the top right-hand corner, underneath the dials.


CPD Report: Your CPD Report can be used to view usage on a particular course or webinar. You'll be able to see:

  • A full list of all CPD on the system and the number of your staff who have started and completed that course.
  • Click on Actions shown next to the name of the content select View Webinar Report to view a full staff list and progress report for the usage of that course/webinar.
  • You can export a full report from this section by selecting ‘Export’ at the top of the page right hand side.
