Which report should I use?

If you have a school manager account, you will be able to access user usage reports by clicking into 'Admin' 

User Report: Your User Report can be used to view individual total staff progress. You will be able to see:

To view the User Report - from selecting Admin, you then need to access Manage Users and then User Report. Both options located on the left of the page once in Admin.

  • Four dials at the top of the page showing you how many users you have on the hub, have they logged in and how many have completed courses so far.
  • A list of your users showing you details such as their last log in, what courses they have started and how many they have completed.
  • You can view each individual User Profile from this report by simply clicking the three vertical dots at the end of each username and then selecting 'view user profile' this then will allow you to view their full Learning Record.
  • You can from here also export reports on a list of all your user details and a report on progress on their current assigned content for your users, these options are shown in blue buttons located just under the progress dials.

Learning Plan Dashboard:  Is used to give an overview on all your Learning Plans progress. 

To view the Learning Plan Dashboard - from selecting Admin, you then need to access Professional Development and then Learning Plan Dashboard. Both options located on the left of the page once in Admin.

The dashboard on first look will list all your learning Plans with a brief overview of the current overall progress, which includes a handy dial scale to offer a percentage of the content completed, the deadline given to complete, the user group assigned to, and school name. In addition, from this dashboard you will be able to access each Learning Plan and view a further comprehensive report to see this, you will need to click on the option ‘Report' fixed to each Learning Plan in turn. 

On clicking Report you will now see the below detail.

  • The name of the learning plan, when it was created, deadline given if any, the academic year, and to whom it has been assigned.
  • In the top right-hand corner of this page, you will also have view of three dials showing you the total progress as a percentage of all your staff within that Learning Plan.
  • AT the bottom of this page, you will now also see the full list of all the users who have been assigned to this Learning Plan, and their current progress through each course. You will see a red cross if they have not yet started, a green tick if they have completed, or a yellow arrow icon if they are currently in progress.
  • You will also be able to see a roundup of their status with an out of score determined along with how many courses are assigned.
  • You will also see a bell icon next to the username, which you can click on to send the user a reminder to complete their Learning Plan. Or if needed you can send a bulk reminder by clicking 'Bulk Send Reminder' which will send to all users in the learning plan.
  • You will also have access via this page to export this detail to an excel format to do this simply click 'Export Progress.’


CPD Report: Your CPD Report can be used to view usage on a particular course or webinar.

To view the CPD Report - from selecting Admin, you then need to access Professional Development and then CPD Report. Both options located on the left of the page once in Admin.

On clicking into CPD Report you will be able to see:

  • A full list of all CPD, what type of content, total hours completed, what has been started and how many users have completed the content. 
  • You can also view each piece of content in more detail by clicking the three vertical dots shown at the end of each piece of learning, on clicking you will now be offered a report view and depending on the type of content the report will defer to this example viewing a webinar report will state ' View Webinar Report'.
  • This report will then list all Users, User groups they are included in, the status of the content, % progress, and if completed. 
  • From here if needed you can send an individual reminder to a user by selecting the three vertical dots at the end of each username.
  • You can export a full report from this section by selecting ‘Export’ at the top of the page left hand side.
  • You can from this page also download all certificates if available for the content being viewed, this is done be selecting the 'Download all Certificates' shown on the right-hand side of this page.
