Why am I being asked for Email Verification?
To help keep user accounts secure we now require users to verify their email address if it is changed.
When might I be asked for email verification?
- If you have changed your email address in your profile page.
- If a school admin updates your email address.
When the email address has been updated you will see on screen confirmation that this has happened.
- The previous email address can still be used to log in until the new one has been verified.
- After verification, the previous email address will no longer be valid.
If the verification email was not received:
- Check the spam / junk folder.
- Make sure the new email address is entered correctly.
- Ask your School Manager to try to make the change of email again.
