Why can't I see my Objective?
If after clicking into your Objectives in People Development you can't see your records, there may be a couple of reasons:
- By default you will see your incomplete objectives when clicking into the feature. If you have completed your objectives, toggle to 'Show all' in the filters which should make them appear.
- Occasionally when creating their objectives, a user may select the incorrect academic year. We would suggest toggling the academic year to search for them.
- The objective may have been accidently deleted. Don't panic - a user with Admin permissions within your organisation can restore these for you. Here's a guide you can send them to help with this.
