Can The National College add Objectives on behalf of a staff member?

We occasionally receive requests to add Objectives on behalf of a staff member in their absence. 

• We do not normally add objectives on behalf of individuals, as the system records the creator’s name and it would show as being created by us.

• Instead, we suggest that you set yourself up as the line manager for this user, add their objectives, and then remove yourself as the line manager once this has been completed.

• Setting yourself as the line manager ensures the objectives are correctly attributed within your organisation.
