The one-time link set up has been created to aid a seamless and smooth log in every time you continue your learning with us.
To use this all you need to do this just go to the platform log in page, you will now see an option just under the blue log in button, highlighted below.
Clicking this link you will then be taken to the below screen, from here just enter your user name (this is the email address you use to log in to the platform currently).
Once you have added your user email and selecting ‘Send instant log in email’ you will see the below verification response, and an email has been sent, now accept this confirmation by selecting ‘return to log in’ and now please check your email inbox.
The email you will receive will look like the below and give you two options a standard password rest or the option of ‘Click here to log in instantly’ . Select the ‘Click here to log in instantly’ option to proceed with the one-time link set up.
After selecting ‘Click here to log in instantly’ you will now be asked to confirm a new one-time link password, please ensure your password, has 8 character minimum, and has to include one number, one lowercase letter, and one uppercase letter. 
Once you have added your password and you verify this by selecting the blue button as shown above, this now completes your one-time password set up.
Now next time you log in if you happen to forget your password you can use the one-time log in request as many times as you need, by just going through the above steps.
