How To Use the CPD Dashboard

  • Log into your school manager account.
  • Click on ‘Admin’ shown on the landing page at the top to the left of your profile icon.
  • To the left of this page shown click on ‘Reports.’
  • Click on ‘CPD Dashboard’ which is shown on the dropdown options.
  • Here you will be able to see a breakdown of all the Learning Plans you chose to display on your dashboard. You will see the Learning Plan name, the assigned staffs total progress, the deadline, and who this Learning Plan is assigned to.
  • To see a bit more information, click ‘Report’ which is shown for each Learning Plan.
  • On the report, you will see the Learning Plan details and three dials displaying how much of the Learning Plan is currently in progress, not started, and complete.
  • You will also see a breakdown of all the users who have been assigned this Learning Plan, and their individual progress through each assigned CPD.
  • Click on the bell icon next to any user to send them an email reminder to complete this Learning Plan, or you can send a bulk reminder to all users with the option ‘Bulk Send Reminder.’
  • You can use the ‘Export Progress’ button to download this information in a spreadsheet format at any time, and the choice to download Impact reviews by ‘Export Impact Reviews.’
