How can I request Admin or Manager access?
If you require Admin access you can request this directly from a user who has existing School Manager access.
They will be able to grant you Manager access to features within Professional Development and Compliance Management.
- Use this link to take you to the request Manager access page: https://nationalcollege.com/school-admin/account/request-manager-role
- Use the blue Request button to request access.
- A request will be sent to the existing School Manager in your organisation.
Should you require Admin access to People Development, you can ask a colleague with existing Admin access to People Development to assign Admin permissions to you.

Please note that Admin Reporting access can only be granted by a Primary User.
