Why am I receiving a Task Reminder?
If you have received a reminder to complete a task in your Task List, you will have been allocated a task by a colleague with Admin access.
To view the details of the task, and to take the necessary action, simply click into it via your Task List to view the details:
- Click on 'To Do' from the top navigation or click on the link via the reminder email.
- Click on the Task Name or on the link in the Action column.
- You will be able to view the details of the task and take action from this view.
If you are unsure of why you have been set the task you:
- Navigate to your Task List by following the steps above.
- Click on the Task Name.
- Within the task details you will see 'Assigned By:' which will name the individual who assigned you the task.
- If necessary, get in touch with the task assigner to gain further insight into why you have been assigned the task.
